  1. 1 quart vegetable oil
  2. 12 corn tortillas
  3. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  4. 2 teaspoons salt
  5. 1 cup beer (not dark)
  6. 1 pound cod fillet, cut into 3- by 1-inch strips
  7. Shredded lettuce
  8. Sour Cream
  9. Avocado slices
  10. Chopped or sliced radish
  11. Red or green salsa
  12. Lime wedges

If you like meatloaf either hot or for cold sandwiches this has a real nice flavor especially with sweet sauce on the top!
